The Omelet Station arrived on the scene in Cocoa Beach on May 29th, 2007 and have been turning Brevard Residents and Tourists into Egg Dude Fan’s ever since. We specialize in offering the freshest and most innovative breakfast, lunch, and early bird menus in Brevard. In addition to our extensive menu we offer both Breakfast and Lunch Buffets featuring fresh and healthy ingredients.

Our breakfast buffet offered daily features Omelets made to order with over 13 fresh ingredients to choose from, Fresh Fruit, Assorted Muffins, Scrambled Eggs, Homefries(Made from REAL red skin potatoes and sautéed with green peppers, onions, and a perfect blend of spices), Grits (The Southern Staple), Biscuits, Sausage Gravy, Cream Chipped Beef (For All Those Northerners), Bacon, and Sausage. Our Themed Lunch Buffet varies from day to day but be sure that on any given day you’ll find home made entrees and the most healthy get in get out lunch around.

We have designed a menu that highlights our food passions from the past to present such as The Grilled Sticky from Penn State & Our New York Style Wings to our Costa Rican Omelet and our Fresh Sorbet.

Though the food is spectacular, be sure not to miss our Breakfast Cocktail Menu specializing in Bloody Mary’s and Champagne Libations!
