Cocoa Beach Cookeries is a locally established and operated caterer. This menu will give you assistance in planning and budgeting all types of events, from family reunions to corporate extravaganzas. We feel that these menus cover a broad spectrum of styles and budgets. We understand that all events are special and unique unto themselves. For this reason we are allowing you to assist in planning any type of event. We realize catering is a personal service and prospective guests may want to add their own ideas, even customized menus.

BEFORE YOU ORDER - YOU SHOULD KNOW

Changes
At time of booking a minimum number of guests must be confirmed. This number may be increased up to 72 hours prior to scheduled catering date but may not be decreased at anytime. Menus are to be determined by 30 days prior to the function. If function is less than 30 days out the menu will be determined at the time of booking.

Payment/Deposits
Our standard policy for larger events: a 10% deposit is required at the time of confirmation. A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to the event, with payment in full 5 days prior to the event. Established accounts will be billed, with the balance due upon receipt.

Price Changes
Cocoa Beach Cookeries reserves the right to adjust any pricing with the market fluctuation in the Brevard County area. All prices quoted on proposals are good for 30 days. All prices quoted on signed confirmations are adhered to unless otherwise stated in writing.

We request that self-service and box lunch orders be placed 24 hours prior to serving time. Any orders placed after that time will be subject to availability and delivery schedule.

Any event requiring personnel to remain on the job site will acquire additional fees.

Cocoa Beach Cookeries is fully licensed and insured.

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for payment of your event.

All cold selections will be displayed on disposable serving pieces unless otherwise specified.
All hot selections include deluxe serving pieces, delivery, set up, equipment pick up, and complete disposable table service.

The minimum order for non-refundable food and beverage service is $75.00.

Professional attendant service is available for an additional charge.
